NO IMPORT FEE's for anyone in Ireland and the European Union! We ship from Northern Ireland so we have seamless shipping to the EU and also the UK. No unexpected import fee's!
Dispatch Time
Orders made before 12pm (GMT) will be shipped on the same day. We ship Monday to Fridays only.
Ireland
Delivery is Next Business Day even with Standard Shipping but please allow 1-2 business days for deliveries in Ireland. We also have free shipping on orders over €100!
European Union
We have Fast Delivery to the EU which is 2-5 business days, we ship daily to Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium and all other EU countries.
EU Business Customers
If you are a VAT-registered business in the Ireland or the EU, please create an account here. Our system will automatically verify your VAT number and remove the VAT from your purchases whenever you log in. Excludes customers from Northern Ireland as we are shipping from here.
We also ship to the UK, Canada, UAE and Australia.

Return Info
Returning Rolls of Vinyl or Tint
Because our vinyl wraps and window films are custom-cut to order from a master roll, we maintain a strict returns policy.
Rolls 10 Meters & Under: Final Sale.
No returns, cancellations, or exchanges can be accepted.
(We recommend ordering Samples which are available on product pages before purchasing larger rolls.)
Rolls Over 10 Meters: Eligible for return strictly at our discretion. They must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, and are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return on rolls over 10 meters, you must contact us within 14 days of taking delivery. The item must be completely unused and unopened in its original sealed packaging. These materials can be highly sensitive, especially the window films, if any dust, debris, or moisture touches the roll, it cannot be resold. Opened items will be rejected.
Returning Tiles, Panels and Tools
For All other Products like Tiles, Panels and Tools you can return unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we will refund the product cost less the shipping once.
**Unsure of the Color or Finish? > Screen colors can be misleading. To avoid restocking fees or a final sale, we highly recommend ordering a Peel & Stick sample first to test the texture and color in your actual space and lighting. We offer speedy delivery with samples.
Damaged or Faulty Item? Please contact us within 30 days of taking delivery for a replacement or refund. Please send a photo of the full damaged/faulty roll and we will organise a return of the product to check and confirm before refunding.
